Job Description:

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Assassin—someone who masters the art of digital precision. This role isn't for the faint of heart; it demands a strategist who knows the exact moment to strike. You'll need to have an intuitive grasp of not just when to post, but what to post—considering everything from the critical first three seconds to the thumbnail that will catch the user's eye. You'll work in close quarters with our content creation team, guiding them through a meticulously planned strategy. Your mission? To ensure that nothing we do is left to chance. You'll dictate the rhythm, directing the team to create, cut, shoot, and repurpose content that fits perfectly across various platforms. Understanding the unique battlefield of each social platform is your forte, enabling our team to tailor content that hits the target every time. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our in-house designers, content creators, and creative team to develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to ensure a consistent and compelling visual and textual narrative across all social media platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging, original content that reflects our brand’s voice and message.
  • Regularly liaise with designers and content creators to brainstorm innovative ideas and stay ahead of social media trends.
  • Manage and monitor social media channels, engaging with followers and responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to integrate social media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and tools for effective execution of strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Marketing, Communications, or a related field experience
  • Graduate or bachelor program a plus
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles is a plus.
